Your utmost first hint is to remove all tobacco related items from your surroundings. For instance, throw away your ashtrays, lighters, you get the idea. Do not allow your surroundings to be an influence to you.

Power Hint 2

During my first attempts in discovering how to quit smoking fast, I actually still had a habit of taking small breaks during the day. Come to think about it, you probably would do the same. This time do it differently. Instead of using that time to smoke, just walk around the block and fill yourself with a cup or tea, water, fruit juice, that kind of thing. Up to 10 glasses of water will help wash out your system of all impurities.

Power Hint 3

We all get a feeling of happiness when we smoke. It's natural. You see, cigarettes will send signals to your body to release those happy chemicals. Next, try to picture and visualise the happy times you had. It could be a feeling of pleasure, satisfaction, bliss. The feeling of tasting that great steak at your favourite restaurant, hugging your loved ones. This is one of the best method on how to quit smoking fast. Spread this feeling through your body.
